About Jakub

Experience built by taking ownership of complex work.

Jakub’s professional story begins in telecommunications and extends into business ownership, property operations and the practical use of new technology.

The common thread

Delivery first, with room to keep learning

For more than two decades, Jakub has worked across mobile-network acquisition, design, construction and implementation. The work has involved operators, vendors, infrastructure providers, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams — often with demanding programmes, live issues and commercial constraints moving at the same time.

That background shaped a direct working style: understand the dependency, make ownership clear, keep information usable and follow decisions through to delivery. It also developed the commercial discipline needed to manage forecasts, suppliers, work orders, invoices and cost-reduction activity alongside technical milestones.

Business ownership broadened the same approach. JAWS Resources added the challenge of matching capable telecom teams to project requirements. Real estate introduced long-term asset decisions and guest-facing operations. More recently, AI and automation have become practical tools for improving research, communication, reporting and small-business workflows.

Jakub works across the UK and Spain and is available for suitable assignments in Europe and international markets.

Working principles

What matters in practice

Delivery

Plans are useful when they lead to completed work, visible decisions and honest progress reporting.

Ownership

Dependencies need named owners, timely follow-up and clear escalation when the route forward is blocked.

Adaptability

Technology, markets and programmes change. The response should protect the outcome rather than defend an outdated method.

Continuous improvement

Better reporting, repeatable processes and carefully chosen tools can remove friction without adding unnecessary complexity.
